SOCIAL NEWS

Something fishy at Ightham Village Hall/Club! Fish & Chip night went very well. 14 attendees and the chippy did an excellent job of preparing our meals and George got them back whilst it was still piping hot.

Next Social event: "Feel a Bag night", 17th April, 8pm at Ightham Village Club. A evening of amature sluthing whereby George prepares around a dozen sealed cotton bags with all sorts of gadgets within. Our job is to guess the contents by feel. Trust me, it's not as easy as you may think !!

Annual Dinner 16th January 2025

A very good turnout of 30 for this years annual dinner at the Grasshopper-on-the-Green, Westerham.

A really great opportunity for all of us and our partners/spouses/and others to get together and share some stories and remember the good times of previous years. Some could remember back a VERY long way.

Well done to all that attended and helped make this another great success.

Special thanks to Peter Cousins for organising it and sorry that George was still poorly and had to miss it.
